My mother always told me that if I wanted to Attract a good partner I would have to follow the rules of dating.<\/p>\n

Here are Mom’s rules; there are only THREE.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Rules of Dating<\/u><\/div>\n
1.     <\/span><\/span>Always look your best.<\/div>\n
2.     <\/span><\/span>Smile at everyone.<\/div>\n
3.     <\/span><\/span>Be Honest and Faithful.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
An endeavor in Team Building is basically like dating. Hopefully it is essentially an interview process that will lead to finding a lifelong partner.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
It is okay to find, attract and be attracted to a lot of people, but you only want to commit to the ones that will provide a long term and mutually satisfying relationship. In that way Team Building is better than dating because you are EXPECTED to do it with a lot of different people. <\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Not such a good idea with dating!  <\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
When I was a young man my mother sat me down to talk about the birds and the bees. (My Dad was basically absent so I often got a woman’s perspective on these valuable life’s lessons; something for which I will be forever grateful). She started by telling me “you only get in life what you are willing to give” and then she gave me her RULES.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
I have already given you my Mom’s Rules for Dating.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Here they are for Team Building:<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Rules of Team Building<\/u><\/div>\n
1.     <\/span><\/span>Be ATTRACTIVE to the type of people you want to Attract.<\/div>\n
2.     <\/span><\/span>Be RECEPTIVE to them when they Respond.<\/div>\n
3.     <\/span><\/span>Be TRUE to the methods used to Attract them.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
This can be summarized as the "ART" of Team Building during the Selection Process.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Laws of attraction simply suggest that we should visualize and think about what we want, need, desire and hope to achieve and we will Attract it . . .<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Once we begin to visualize (even profile) the type of people we want in our organization and on our team; when we begin to think and fantasize about what will motivate and satisfy these type of people; then, when we begin to do these EnterTraining<\/b> things we will create an undeniable attraction that will pull exactly this type of people into our organization and onto our team!<\/div>\n

In short, we will be ATTRACTIVE to the type of people we want to Attract<\/u>!<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
We can then stop recruiting them and start to simply open the door and; Be Receptive to them when they Respond to our Attractive atmosphere.<\/u><\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Finally, we must be True to the methods we used to Attract them<\/u> in the first place and constantly re-commit to continuing to provide an EnterTraining<\/b> and Attractive environment.<\/div>\n
